Overview
Sen Architects is a full service architectural and interior design firm, dedicated to providing excellent professional services to all our clients, whether individuals, corporations, communities or Governmental agencies. Planning, design and construction experience is combined with the best outside skills in other specialized areas. Since its' inception in 1986, Sen Architects have completed a wide variety of projects in the New York metropolitan area and the Hudson River Valley. Currently the firm is designing several projects overseas. The volume of work handled by our office, as well as the complexity of projects has climbed steadily since 1986. Our understanding of the complete developmental process, including real estate, regulatory requirements, construction management, marketing and building operations result in cost effective and effective implementation.

Design Philosophy:
Our design philosophy is to completely understand the unique requirements - physical as well as psychological - of the clients project, and work to find appropriate design solutions. For rehabilitation projects, our design solutions always respect the architectural integrity of existing structures and locations that we are working with. For New Construction the existing physical and socio economic Context is analyzed and responded to appropriately in our proposals. All of our work strives towards a "green" environmentally friendly architecture, and we are constantly conducting research to specify products that are free from toxins and utilize recyclable materials. We have LEED Accredited staff and have completed several LEED Certified projects. Guided by a philosophy that emphasizes appropriateness over fads, the company has successfully completed many projects that have a timeless quality to withstand the changing times.

Past Experience:
Extensive experience includes the architectural and interior design of Corporate, Institutional and Retail projects. We are proud of our record of design excellence in all these fields. Most of our clients are repeat clients. This is a testimony to the close and continuous attention that we pay to all our projects. Our clients have consistently complemented us on the quality of our design and construction documents. We believe that this is indicative of the care we take in the design of our projects. It also reflects our concern with the organized and systematic presentation of information.
